I've been living here for 3 years now. Most 1 star reviews are due to the previous management who weren't the best and loved their ultra low-budget remodels. You can check this by seeing how far back the one-star reviews were. One of my friends moved in downstairs and got a new remodel under the current management, and the difference is night and day. It is certainly getting nicer here, and the management team seems to have pulled themselves out of the hole the previous team dug. They are very responsive and understanding. No place is perfect, but I dont believe Aspire deserves the negative rating they currently have. It's actively a 4 star rating for the price, and they are slowly building to that 5. The only advice I have is to check the thermostat. People complaining of it not turning off automatically had theirs set up by old management as 2 phase (on/off). Let management know, and they'll have it rewired to 3 phase (temperature controlled), which only took a few minutes.

The new Manager Kami is beyond helpful, responsive, and professional! We applied for a unit at The Cove and Kami made the process very easy. We couldn't be happier with our new place! The property is in a great location and very quiet. I would highly recommend The Cove!

I’ve lived here for about a year and half and it’s been rocky at times in the past but the new management seems to taking steps in the right direction and the times I’ve spoken to the new property manager Kami she’s been Great! very helpful, nice, professional in handling my needs. I would recommend staying here to anyone now that they have a great new and responsive team in charge of The Cove.
