Terry is so sweet, she made us want to move here. She has been nothing but helpful since we moved in, we ran into a few hiccups and she fixed them as soon as we told her.

My bf and I just moved in to Aspire. Miss Terry, the Manager, has been absolutely incredible to work with. She’s an adorable spitfire and a vision in purple. She really went the extra mile and jumped through hoops to get us in here. I was two days away from being homeless. When no other apartment was in our budget or available. She offered amazing concessions. Most importantly, we were initially denied. Unlike most places that just say “sorry”. Miss Terry asked clarifying questions and let us explain our situation. After discussing it with AMC bosses, they graciously overlooked the reason and pushed through our application. I look forward to building rapport and lasting relationships here. All the neighbors so far have been wonderful and gracious. The apartments are cute as heck. Thank you for taking a chance on us. You won’t regret it.

I told Terri that I was gonna give a rating and haven't thought about doing it till today. Due to new management at Aspire apartments in Clearfield, everything has been pretty close to perfect. For someone who has a bit of a background, I also wanna put out my appreciation for giving me a chance to have a new place to live in. Terri is an amazing woman/landlord and I appreciate everything she's done for not only me but for my wife and kids as well. As long as you are responsible, honest and upfront; she's truly a really cool lady and the complex has never looked better since the last manager.

Aspire Apartments was my home during my divorce. It was a year with ups and harsh downs. What helped make things far more bearable was having a building manager who was friendly, welcoming, and really listened. Terry helped problem solve when I experienced difficulty with noisy, fighting neighbors and she was understanding and patient when I accidentally underpaid rent one month (I corrected my mistake, of course). Not to mention, the maintenance man was so great. He really wants to help and was ready to answer questions or get straight to fixing things during the rare emergency. Between the two of them, I felt like people had my back with my apartment needs and this helped me feel safe and secure during a very tumultuous time in my personal life.

The office manager Terry is so sweet, considerate and accommodating we were sure that we would be well taken care of here 😊 and we have been! Thank you Terry!

My husband and I blindly rented this place, as we moved from FL. These apartments have there issues, but the old management was running this place into the ground. Our swamp cooler was broken all summer, neighbors making us feel unsafe, etc. Ever since it was bought by new management and ran by Terry, we have had all of our maintenance requests handled in a timely manner and by knowledgeable staff(they were being completely ignored before), way less sketchy behavior going on with neighbors, pot holes were fixed, and our building siding was repaired (there was an open hole into our attic that old management did nothing about). There’s more that I’m probably forgetting, but Terry has changed this complex for the better (MUCH better). Unfortunately, the lease agreement has many restrictions, fees are going up, but that’s been the case with every other apartment we’ve looked at (most have been worse), so we are grateful to live somewhere that at least we know when we have a problem, it’ll be fixed- and that’s all because of Terry and the new maintenance guy (hate that I can’t remember his name, but he’s been so great). Thanks for making this neighborhood a place we feel safe to stay!

I’ve been there more than the term of a lease and have never had an issue! Ms.Terry always makes sure I’m ok and is always happy to help with any issues I may have encountered pretty promptly!!! It’s a REALLY NICE COMMUNITY AND IM SATISFIED HERE!!!!

I am very grateful for Terry. She goes above & beyond to help me with my needs of my apartment, questions, etc. She always has a positive enlightening energy when I go into her office. I’m so thankful for her hard work and dedication to give me a hand in what is needed. Thanks to her I extended my lease another year. 🥰♥️

I moved in Aug 2025 and have loved it! Maintenance has always been on top of any issues I’ve had. And Terry the leasing manager is AMAZING! I don’t think I could ask for a better manager!

Stopped in and toured super cute units definitely a top contender when our current lease is over!
