My husband and I blindly rented this place, as we moved from FL. These apartments have there issues, but the old management was running this place into the ground. Our swamp cooler was broken all summer, neighbors making us feel unsafe, etc. Ever since it was bought by new management and ran by Terry, we have had all of our maintenance requests handled in a timely manner and by knowledgeable staff(they were being completely ignored before), way less sketchy behavior going on with neighbors, pot holes were fixed, and our building siding was repaired (there was an open hole into our attic that old management did nothing about). Thereâs more that Iâm probably forgetting, but Terry has changed this complex for the better (MUCH better). Unfortunately, the lease agreement has many restrictions, fees are going up, but thatâs been the case with every other apartment weâve looked at (most have been worse), so we are grateful to live somewhere that at least we know when we have a problem, itâll be fixed- and thatâs all because of Terry and the new maintenance guy (hate that I canât remember his name, but heâs been so great). Thanks for making this neighborhood a place we feel safe to stay!
