I’ve lived here for about a year and half and it’s been rocky at times in the past but the new management seems to taking steps in the right direction and the times I’ve spoken to the new property manager Kami she’s been Great! very helpful, nice, professional in handling my needs. I would recommend staying here to anyone now that they have a great new and responsive team in charge of The Cove.

Lived here for two years it was really great for the price. Management changed our first year here and im glad it did. Because the new managememt is great. Jackie always did what she could to help us with whatever we needed.

Located just off highway near Roy and clearfield staff is great and onsite maintenance to make any possible accidents a breeze to have squared away stop in you might like the place
